How does Resolve short links to real domains run?

Each step is a Baseloop action on the table. The workflow chains them in order, so the same sequence runs on every row that lands.

1. 01

   Load the companies you want to fix into the Companies table. The cloned template gives you the resolver core (Company name, LinkedIn URL, broken website). Wire HubSpot Companies Import on top, filtered to records where the website starts with a known short-link host (bit.ly, hubs.li, linktr.ee, lnk.bio).

   Website Finder (Parallel AI) takes the company name and LinkedIn URL and resolves the canonical website behind the shortened or redirect link. Works even when the short link is dead or has expired.

3. 03

   Cleaned Domain formula strips protocol, www., trailing slashes, and query strings so the output is the bare canonical domain.

4. 04

   Use the cleaned domain wherever a real domain is needed. The standard pattern is to add an Update HubSpot Company step that writes Cleaned Domain back to the website field, so the next campaign run reads `360learning.com` instead of `https://bit.ly`.
